How to Book Lodging for Your Group

1. Please start by filling out your registration sheet. Help us; help you make this process as easy as possible.
2. Select the hotel you would like to stay in from the choices below and call them directly, please DO NOT book on the hotel’s website. You will not receive our special rate if you do so.
• Room rates for each hotel are starting at $80 per night and based on double occupancy. Upgrades and additional nights are available; ask the hotel at the time of reservation.
• Please prepare a rooming list with each players name, credit card number and expiration date for the hotels. This make check-in so much easier.
• First come, first served
3. Once you book your rooms you will be transferred to the Golf Guru tournament office to book your golf tee times, and/or to accommodate any special requests. If you have any questions, please call the Golf Gurus at 877-411-FDNY.
4. Once you book your hotel rooms you can also fax the registration form to the Golf Guru's at 843-399-7175
5. You will be asked for a one night deposit per room & $100 per person deposit for golf and event fee. Your credit card will be billed the balance on May 1 by Golf Gurus for the golf portion of your package.

If it's March 10 (or later) you may call the following hotels to book your rooms:

Breakers Resort Hotel 800-390-4433 The Breakers is right in the middle of restaurants & bars features Oceanfront suites. One-bedroom condos available at a special rate!
Springmaid Beach 800-770-6895 The Springmaid is the home of the "PICNIC" (Wed) - This Oceanfront complex is home base for the event and banners over the balcony are the rule. Coolers are permitted except for pool party.
MGrande 800-992-1055 The MGrand is the hidden gem. 1/4 mile from Springmaid and what a Tikki bar!

Car Rentals

We ask that you support us by renting from U-Save Auto Rental ONLY. They offer our groups the lowest rate on the best cars anywhere in Myrtle Beach. They also give the committee one car for every 20 for use during the event, this SAVES the fund an additional expense. Please Rent U Save!

There is a $4.00 per day Airport CFC surcharge that will be added to the rates with tax included. You must mention Promotion Code: FDNY8

All rates include tax. For longer stays, please add the daily add-on rate per day to the Sunday through Thursday rate.

Please note that providing detailed information will speed up the check out process at the airport counter. (i.e. insurance information, what hotel they will be staying at, flight information, drivers license information).
