Lets get the ball rolling!
Registration begins by phone for hotel and golf on March 10th, 2008 OR Pre-register for golf only via the online form now.First Come, First Served on all hotel and golf course selections.
Please keep in mind that RULES do apply!

Choosing courses will NOT guarantee golf selections, however every attempt will be made to do so.
The event is Wed., May 21st. Shotgun 8am on all courses. ALL OTHER ROUNDS OF GOLF are considered practice or fun rounds.
On or after March 10th, your group or group leader will be allowed to call your hotel of choice. The hotel will book your group as requested, then transfer you to the Golf Guru people who will book all your golfing & events.
All courses are a first come first served basis.
How Much Does the Memorial Outing Cost?
The event breaks down as follows:
- Hotels will range in cost from $76-$90 per night based on double occupancy. (Upgrades are available; ask your hotel of choice) click here to read more
- Golf will cost between $40-50 on Sunday and Monday; and $40 for Tuesday and Wednesday rounds. click here to read more
- There is also a $110 event fee
How Do I Enter?

- Please start by filling out your registration sheet. Help us help you make this process as easy as possible.
- To view the hotel choices and rates click here. Call the hotels directly on or after March 10th, 2008 to receive the special tournament rate. Please DO NOT book on the hotel's web site, you will not receive our discounted rates.
- Once you book your rooms you will be transferred to the Golf Guru tournament office to book your golf tee times, and/or to accommodate any special requests. If you have any questions, please call the Golf Gurus at 877-411-FDNY.
- You will be asked for a one night deposit per room an $100 per person deposit for golf and event fee. Your credit card will be billed the balance for the golf portion of your package on May 1 by Golf Gurus.
What is the Tournament Format?
- Sunday, and Monday are grip and rip days
- Tuesday will be a pre-tournament practice round.
- Wednesday is the Event and it is ONLY a Captain's Choice (Scramble). Awards are based on team play for Wednesday ONLY and given to the top three teams on each course. (Each player gets a plaque).
Can I enter as a Single Player?
- Sure! Booking as a single is fine but be advised the room rates are based on double occupancy.
What if I want to book additional nights or golf?
- Hey why not! Keep in mind that Sunday ends the Harley Bike week in Myrtle so rooms are more expensive. Ask your hotel when calling to verify pricing.
- Additional golf can booked through Golf Gurus at 877-411-FDNY.
What is the cost if I don't play golf?
- Room costs plus the $110 event fee.
What does it cost if I have my own accommodations?
- The cost of the golf plus the $110 event fee.
